Would they purposely delay the 2025 manufacturing process until 2024 sales reach a certain threshold? It would make sense from a business standpoint especially if there isn’t a 2026 model coming down the pipeline.

Regional Cadillac rep told the sales manager I've been working with that all '25 V's were being held to December to reduce inventory of '24's... AutoTrader still shows 284 new '24 BW's for sale nationally.

That's exactly what I said a week ago. Lots of leftover inventory that is not moving. Expect to see big discounts on 2024 models.

I would take a big discount on a 2024 model. Local dealer just got back to me on a 2025 and asked me to try again in December. =/

Yes. Nothing to do with the LT4.

I have an opportunity at $7500 off a loaded 2024 6MT (CF1/2/seats). I have pushed and pushed for more but they won't budge. Still, not bad. I am hung up on knowing how much more quick the depreciation is on such highly optioned units. But for keeping it long term, I would rather have those things. They are unique to Blackwing and make the car way cooler.

But I believe some of these will be discounted 10k+ in another month or 2.

I'd take a 24 instead of waiting for a 25 if it came with a huge discount. None of the dealerships I've emailed want to flex.

I rented a new XT4 to try out the new infotainment … definitely had some bugs but nothing to crazy. Thought it was funny that it wouldn’t let me use GoogleMaps on the center but could on the gauge cluster.

Hope mine gets here before December as I’d hate to have to trailer it home from out of state.

Deals on 24’s are out there, it’s just finding the inventory you want. I got lucky and got my 24 CT5 BW with what I wanted for 5K off sticker, which was about $500 under invoice. Problem is they have no more and don’t expect anymore 24’s. Now I am trying to figure out what the last V8 BW will be, 25 or 26? I’d like to order exactly what we want on the last year before they go all electric and hold onto it.

OF COURSE I finally score an allocation at a local dealer, but one of my non-negotiable options is constrained.

I checked out a 25 CT4 in Drift Metallic, they’re already shipping in that color, and it’s rad. Especially with offsetting color carbon packages.

CT5 might be a long term daily driver for me, considering the V8/6sp unicorn status, and I want to get the spec just right, no regrets.

So if anyone wants to jump on this allocation, available in the PA, NJ, NY tri-state area, send me a DM and I’ll get you the sales person’s info.

My understanding of constraints is that they are not necessarily all or nothing. For example, all 2025 new colors are on constraint, but some colors more than others. I was able to get a Typhoon allocation, but not a Drift…yet. Some allocations will allow Drift. Same with the V8V package.

So, Drift, Typhoon, and Deep Space colors, as well as the V8V precision package are all currently constrained… but still available in very small volumes.

Constrained means both “limited availability” and “no availability.”
