2025 5-BW Precision Package Questions...

Smart, like talking with authority about something you have neither seen nor experienced?

Sure, okay. ;LOL
Have owned high performance cars with better handling than 5V and they had cup2R tires, so yeah, I do have experience in these matters. If you need to shave 2 seconds off your track time, then by all means pony up. If you are cruising the streets and hitting some back roads, then you just need it for bragging rights and terrible grip in cold/wet weather.

...and my BW has ceramic brakes, they are fine in cold weather.

+1. For someone only running on the public roads, it’s just bragging rights. Nothing wrong with that I suppose. If someone wants it and has the extra $$, go for it. I have CCBs by circumstance, but glad I have them just for no brake dust and they look badass. There may be a small improvement in handling and better strip time, but I probably won’t notice.

+1 on this. Have CCB because the car i wanted happened to have them, and the lack of brake dust is a huge bonus, along with significant unsprung weight savings 👍🏼

The more I think about it, the choice of naming on the PP is odd. I guess my 22 has the sloppy package.

Some folks like it sloppy… <this guy>
True, but there’s a distinction between a sloppy package and getting your package sloppy.

Back to the car. It seems the PP lives up to its name being a precise and targeted attack by GM on the customer’s wallet. 😛
