Hi all,

I apologize if this has been posted previously - but is there a dedicated CM customer support number for Blackwing owners?

Thanks!

CC

There's Cadillac customer support which I called today. There is nothing BlackWing specific lol

Is there a way when calling Cadillac customer support, we can bye-pass the first line of customer service reps and talk to supervisor?
I've been communicating with a customer service rep but she won't call me back after she said she would, getting the run around, tired of the incompetence individual. Trying to solve a warranty issue for my Blackwing. Any contact help would be greatly appreciated.

In the very beginning, they announced a number that was allegedly the number for the "Blackwing Concierge". Unfortunately, it was laughably just the regular old customer service number. A really poor move on their part.

I see you are from Crestview, Florida. When I was in US Army flight school, we would specifically fly there to refuel. They had hot girls who would pick us up from the helicopters in golf carts and bring us to the office for some hot dogs and popcorn , while we waited and flirted with the girls. Airport owners knew how to bring in the money ! They even had cartoon t-shirts for sale of the girls driving the pilots.
Those were the days !

Yup the flight line snack bar is still going strong with great food. The Navy and Army are using it for pilot training, refueling stop, mid flight debriefings then back at it with their students. Great little airport that not many know about. Good for doing approaches, touch & go's. Great training location.

You're probably aware, but just in case, GM is eventually going to want you to go through a dealer for support of the issue. If you're not getting the support you need from your current dealer, it may be quicker to start with another dealer than trying to get a tier 1 customer support agent to resolve anything on their own. YMMV but in fairness, this isn't a GM thing - most mfg customer service contact centers work this way in my experience.
