Welcome to the Cadillac V-Series Forums!

What did you do to your Blackwing today?

Looks great! Anyone know if this would work on a 2025? I’ve heard the part numbers changed (not sure what they are), but I would imagine this would be the same?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t fit. Are the 2025s only refreshed from the front fenders forward?

Very nice!
How many ducats and how difficult was installation, if I might ask?
Auto Addict had the best pricing. I paid $1190 shipped to my door via freight and packaged EXTREMELY well. Install was pretty straightforward. Just get the taped on wing off and slap on the carbon one. You’ll need to pry some of the deck lid liner off. I linked the video below that helped me. I didn’t pull the whole liner off, just the front portion, and there was plenty of room to work. I did accidentally drop a damn washer into the decklids vagina though. No way in hell I’m ever getting that out, and I can hear it rolling around when I open and close the trunk 🤦🏻‍♂️ Hopefully it will settle somewhere and quit moving around.

Spur of the moment took the afternoon off and met a friend in Lockhart, TX, for BBQ . He has some cool cars, too, and showed up in his Giulia QF. I had test driven one 6 or 7 years ago and really liked it but had forgotten just how rowdy and racy they feel. I got to drive it down a super bumpy, curvy backroad nearby and it felt very light and edgy but still planted, very torquey yet still rev'd out hard. Really neat car. I vastly prefer my 5BW 6sp but I do wish it was a little less 'polished' to make it even more fun.
ohh...nice explanation on the Giulia. That car keeps calling for me and I don't know why!

Busted tail with my wife around the house today, waited for some take out as a reward! Took the Caddy for an UBER Eats pickup excursion!

Stretch her legs today.

Ordered 10qts of amsoil signature, 4 qts of ac Delco transmission fluid…gonna changing all the fluids at 35K.

Anyone know the best way to swap out the Cadillac badge on the trunk? Is removing the trunk liner the only way to swap this out?

To follow up on this:

Ordered a new tire for passenger front.
Showed up and they found the same type of screw in passenger rear.
They replace the tire, and plug the rear.
I go home and find ANOTHER screw in driver rear.
Go to tire shop today. They plug that, and check the driver front (that was clean).

So all in all: 5 screws, 3 in FR, 1 in RR, 1 in RL. Fucking hell.

What road did you drive down? I'll plan to avoid it. :)

Did your coworker find out you are banging his wife?

Yes, and even then the plastic plugs are near impossible to remove without breaking them.

Getting ready to test out ice/snow mode and the new all-season Contis!

Just kidding, fuck that shit!
I do NOT miss the winters where you live in the slightest. That said, I'm moving back to that area in another year or so. I'll have to relearn how to deal with actual seasons, lol.

Snow isn't too bad. Only about 2-3 significant events per season. I'm running a/s without issue. Sorry you have to move back but let me know when you do.

Well thanks shbox...never imagined such a thing. I assume the car can't be started in this mode as well...
I know I'm really late to the party responding to this now, but you can start and drive the car normally. My '15 Chevy SS had this feature and I activated it every year before I parked it for the winter. I know you can drive it because I forgot to turn it off one year and didn't realize it for about a month, lol.
