They can be ordered on BW.

But not through most dealers. Seems only to be through larger BW dealers.

I know of multiple 5BW orders in Typhoon and one in Drift that are at the 3000 stage.

(Same with the V8V Precision Package, by the way)

I'm so glad to be out of the rodeo. And I ain't ever going back in the pen. Got the Blackwing I wanted in my dream color with all the goodies. Wish all those still ordering the best though!

I’m also glad to be watching the drama from the sidelines.- GM doesn’t disappoint with the seemingly arbitrary decisions. The thread is like watching a remake of a sitcom, same storyline, but different actors. Maybe there’s a method to the madness, but nobody has been able to completely sort it out.

Got the car I wanted in 2022 and have had two years of glorious driving fun. Good luck everyone, hope you get what you want. Saddle up and don’t despair, you might get bruised and banged up in the rodeo but it’s worth it.

My guess is that is that they will be delivered in December.

Based on the lack of updates from people here that have placed orders, I also speculate that production on 5BW's has been stopped since late September/Early October.

Mine supposedly went 3000 status with a December 9th build week. We will see if that means things are actually moving.

Any Canadians with orders in? Still no Canadian allocations for 5BW anywhere? I have been at 1100 for a long time. Are manuals more restricted?

I called yesterday and finally was able to cancel my order that was just at 1100 status. Picking up my '24 next weekend in driving it home 6 hours

Yes sir! Mine is off for full exterior treatment next week. Lots of snow events happening in the Denver area, I hope I can get it there. The color is iconic for Cadillac and rightfully so. It mesmerizes me.

Looks like the first "CT5 V" designated vehicle has shown up as shipped on the website ... it isn't a Blackwing but we are making progress folks!

It looks like a second CT5-V (non BW) has been shipped to the same Delaware dealer. I think the dam is breaking.... Hopefully we will see our cars show up soon !!!!

I was thinking the same thing ... hopefully, as my BW is headed to the same dealer!
