CT5-V I’m Back! Picked Up A 2025 MT CT5V BW

As the title says, just picked up a 25 MT 5V BW tonight! Black Raven with bronze wheels and Sky Cool Grey seats are the option highlights. Was a previous owner of an auto 4V BW. As everyone here knows, it is an amazing car and even after just having it for a day, hands down my favorite manual out of all of my previous ones (yes, even better than my Porsche Cayman GTS 4.0 6 speed)! I know the new interior dash layout is controversial, but I really like it, nice change from the previous design IMO. Looking forward to getting to know it better and being back here. Looks like that is Key Cadillac. Got my 23 from there. A bit cold to drive a BW home. Lucky we don’t have any snow.

It is and it was! Just built a square Vredstein set on Tire Rack. Will be getting them on the car ASAP.

I bought my previous 4VBW from them as well, really great group of people to work with.

Yep I actually sold them my 23 CT5 BW in black and they ordered me a blue one. Got two driving schools. They tell me only a handful of the 20ish BW they sell each year actually gets driven. Took one of their sales reps for a ride. It was fun to see his reaction to how fast the 5BW was.

Thanks, I liked the 25 in black best. It’s a bummer they have that back line run through every other color on the front end of the 25s. If not for that, I would’ve went for coastal blue or radiant red.

I like my tan interior much more than I thought I would but the Sky Cool Grey is still my favorite.

Congratulations, great looking car. It’s probably been discussed here somewhere, but one of the things I wish were better on my ‘22 is the headlight intensity. With the new front end, have you seen any improvement?

I haven’t driven the previous 5V BW so I can’t directly compare. I live in a rural/very dark area and had zero complaints about them. The auto high beams worked great. I also don’t remember having complaints about my previous 4V BW headlights though either. Sorry, hard for me to comment on.

Thanks for sharing the pics of your new ride! Love the Sky Cool Grey interior with the red belts. Your pics help answer the question about whether the rear center belt is red or black on the '25 models (spoiler: it is red).

Congrats on the car. A black car when clean is sexy as hell. The challenge is keeping it clean for longer than 15 minutes.

I like the design of the bronze OEM wheels. I just wish they were a shade or two more bronze.

Woo hoo, winter set already arrived (thanks TR, only two days for shipping)! Look forward to getting them on and the break in done so it’s ready to go when the good weather arrives.

106 miles and got a CEL already. Code P10BA/Air Induction System fault. Hopefully it either clears on its own or it’s an easy clear at the dealer.
