Dealers That Are Not Charging Above MSRP

I financed through GM on mine today. Got 6.9 percent for 60 months. Plus I got the rebate so 2k under MSRP on a 2025 on the lot 4 BW manual. I did not buy any add-ons to the dismay of the financial sales woman. Had to tell her three times, no extras.
Financing is $1k. What is the other $1k rebate?

I'm hoping that nobody test drove my car that I am picking up Saturday, though I feel it probably foolish to think that. It has 21 mi on the odometer, I'm not sure why a dealer would let someone test drive a car like that though...

If it makes you feel better, I was a special case. They wouldn't even think about it except I had talked to them a lot about my manual driving history already, and I'd put an order that was in transit. They knew I understood break in periods and had a ton of experience driving manuals. The Mrs. was there to keep me honest.

When went in to order ours, the sales manager was busy. They just tossed us the keys to an A10 4BW (only Blackwing available) and asked we be back within 30 minutes or so. They didn't ask for an ID or insurance.

I don't think they did. Pepe has a climate controlled warehouse about 5 miles from the dealership. I received photos of mine sitting with other Cadillacs, Porsches, and MBs. I think mine arrived with 12 miles. But it was delivered to the dealer, they drove it to the warehouse, and then back to the dealership when I bought it. Yours was in the showroom - I think - since they received it in March. So I am not sure how it got to that number, but maybe it also went back and forth to the warehouse.

For the record, my 2022 arrived with 29 miles and that was from BW King. But I did authorize them to drive it offsite to their PPF shop and back. Dustin had told me only select individuals at the dealership were allowed to drive the manual Blackwings. I know my salesperson at Pepe said the same thing, and that he himself was not allowed to drive a manual and usually it was the same manager who moved them around.
