Exactly. The car I found and wanted was over 1800 miles away. Almost as far as possible. And the driver picked it up and was at my driveway in under 48 hours. This is exactly why I say search the inventory, find the car you want, and start banging on the dealer. I got lucky to find exactly what I wanted, but not lucky with the discount. These are car dealers that want to make sales. They don't care if it is a Blackwing or a Malibu, especially this time of year.

Stop trying to find an advertised deal and instead find cars you want. Call the dealer and get after it. I told you mine was listed at full MSRP. But it was the single car I wanted. Their initial offer was no discount. Then it was free shipping. Then we settled at 8k off MSRP.

I have not checked 2024 5 Blackwing inventory since I bought mine, but snagging a 2024 before 12/31 should be like taking candy from a baby.

hah no i just put in chicago zip code cause the search radius only goes out to 2000 and wouldnt cover san diego from my northeast zip code

Someone posted to the FB Cadillac CT5/CT5-V/Blackwing Owners Group that they picked up a brand new 2024 5BW for $21k off MSRP. Summit white, A10, Carbon 1&2, PDR, moonroof, rear view camera mirror. Looks like Lone Star Cadillac in Dallas. That's a steal in my book.

I used to see large discounts when I was looking for my 4BW. Most times it was GM employee/family discounts that actually didn't apply to to the Blackwings. Unfortunately even some dealers didn't know that. I know when we sat down to buy our car the sales manager could not enter in our GM discount code and the OTD price jumped about $4500.

Not sure if ADMs are still a thing, but there is another 25 6 MT Black Raven with CF 1 n 2 ready to go at my dealer. Ask for Eldon, very good guy and will treat you well. No I get no kickbacks for posting it or if anyone buys it. Hopefully it’s mutually beneficial for someone here and the dealer etc.

Both were customer ordered cars that backed out. I passed on them because of the seats as well. Mine has the Sky Cool Gray buckets, figured it was easier to add carbon bits in the future than it would be to switch seats.
