Corsa Xtreme Exhaust issue

So I went to HarborFreight and purchased a Zurich ZR15s OBD2 scanner. I got a code p3180. I need to better understand this OBD2 scanner to see how to do valve relearning, if it can even do that.

I don't know if that scanner is bidirectional, if not, return it and buy one which is, like the one I linked above. Then relearn those valves and call it a day.

Okay, I am done screwing around. Just ordered the Launch scanner you recommended. Gonna return that HF POS.

Thank goodness for you guys for being so knowledgeable about this stuff! I really do appreciate it.

Have a good weekend and I’ll keep you posted when the scanner arrives.

I just read this thread for the first time. Great job by Sully and others to help a brutha out! Awesome example of what a forum like this can offer. We'll done gentlemen!

Just want to thank you all for your help - I was able to get the exhaust valves relearned and it sounds fantastic. With the cold weather in New England, the cold starts sounds very nasty! 🤯🤩 Happy New Year to you all
btw im curious after the exhaust install is the sound difference noticeable from the inside of cabin from drivers pov? ive watched many youtube videos from back of the car and know the difference it makes but with all the sound deadening everyone complains about insulating the cabin from the engine/exhaust notes, is it improved with aftermarket exhaust?

Yes, 100%. It’s an active warzone behind you when downshifting and burble takes over.

Put it this way - I am deaf and wear bilateral Cochlear implants. I definitely hear the difference. Sully is right - active warzone indeed. BTW, I have the Xtreme exhaust so I went big
