2025 CT5 & CT5-V Blackwing Order Support Guide

The cars are wishing for a warm home for Christmas:

If only that were the case. I was 3+ months after it was built before delivery in Oct 2022, and that was a significant improvement over other blackwings.

For the Canadians, the 2025 CT5-V configurator is up. It is not showing on the website (still only has 2024), but the direct link works.

So $6,000 CDN more for an identically optioned car not including luxury and sales tax.
Interestingly, it looks like the options are all the same price as before and that only the base price went up.

I already have the CCB on my 23 BW, would be interested in knowing what it would cost to upgrade my BW to the precision package since the brakes are half of the cost of this package.

I have been looking at the Window Stickers of 25's that have been shipping. I'm not sure if it's a mistake, but the PP cars are showing both the CCB's and PP as separate $9k and $18k options and being added onto the total cost of the car as such.

Example:

Don't know if this will be updated again...but kind of a nasty surprise if it holds for the PP folks. That would effectively increase the cost of this package to $27,000.

Yeah, that's a problem.

I bet it's a bug in the window sticker render software.

I created a custom build with the options in that sticker (U1LO3C) and the total for it is $148115, exactly $9000 less than the total in the window sticker.

Are there any other differences in the 25 BW besides interior display and front fascia? A salesperson was telling me the rear CF spoiler was slightly larger and the exhaust tone was different…

Exhaust and spoiler are identical. Just front fascia and screen inside mainly.

Here's another car sitting on a lot:

He zooms in briefly on the sticker - it shows the PP and CCB's as two separate options for $27k. No bueno.

What we have been told regarding CCB's being "included" with the PP may have been mis-phrased by the car media over the past few months who either misunderstood or got bad information from GM/Cadillac. If these stickers hold, it's likely that the correct language is that the CCB's are a "required option" with the PP but NOT included in the price.

I see it too, good eye!

The print book clearly says "includes (J57) Carbon Ceramic Brakes" and there are many other examples of options that include other options that don't increase cost (e.g. colored brake calipers when you get J57 CCB brakes).

Here's an example of a existing car that has the precision package and doesn't specify CCB:
Maybe it's possible to order a car with V8V but without J57? Certainly the Cadillac configurator won't let you select that configuration.

So either J57 is not included in the price of V8V (two windows stickers seem to support this) or J57 is included (in which case the printbook and the configurator need updating).
