CT5-V Wind noise?

CT5-V Model
My car's wind noise starts up at around 45 MPH and I can hear it continue regardless of the speed, unless the road is particularly rough and noisy.

Of course, I'm used to it now so it's not such a big deal, but I am a perfectionist, a tad bit (cough) OCD and I like things to be just so.

I think your symptoms are different than some of us. This is a buzzing sound that seems to emanate from around the a-pillar area. You may have a front windshield or side window sealing issue.

Noise still going strong. But, I don’t drive the car much in the summer and too hot in my garage to feel like taking apart my door panel. The driver door makes a much different sound when closing than the passenger door. Another clue.

Any chance you get that buzzing sound from the a-pillar area when you're getting on it? I get a buzzing, high frequency gyration sound, predominantly coming from the left side a-pillar or top side of the window frame. Like right next to the left side of my head.

Doesn't happen when during general driving but when I hammer down, during the acceleration, it occurs.

Speaking of aerodynamics of cars. When i bought my Kia Telluride, I drove cross country from NY to California. When I got to lower Texas, the roads were straight for miles with nothing in sight. I was driving at 100 mph with the cruise control on. My wife put the passenger side window down for a minute and when she went to put it back up, it wouldn't close properly until I slowed down to 75. Went to 100 and tried it again with same result.
