Long term reliability of the 5BW LT4 unmodified

I can't say for certain but all vehicles that made it though the 15k mile mark with no real big issues had no major problems for me throughout the life of the car. I have this same LT4 with the bigger blower in my esc v with 40k miles and it seems robust with no issues. I do 7k mi oil changes on all my vehicles and make sure to have it warm before I push the throttle harder. I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts 200k miles easily.. I did 16k mi on my blackwing in a year and there are 0 problems

Ask me in a year and a half when my esc v has near 100k miles. :)
