You need to contact execreferral@cadillac.com. They will ask for your VIN number and address to ship the emblem. I have not received it yet but someone called me 2 weeks ago to give me an order number for it.

Interesting as after my email, they call me the next day and took my information a few weeks ago. I never have received and order number. I guess we will wait and see.

I believe they did give me some sort of confirmation/order # the day I called and set it up. Have the notes somewhere. I can ck see and LUK. Pretty sure that's how it went down.
