I keep thinking about your problem and the only thing I can think of is, if the other car that had this problem and they changed the turbo's, maybe the problem was not the turbo's but maybe everything they had to disconnect and reconnect when they installed the turbo's. In doing all the work actually fixed the problem and the turbo's that were removed was actually still good.
I don't know why your problem has me thinking and researching more and more to understand why the turbo's could be the problem. I'll figure it out if it's the last thing I do...
