I contemplated not posting it, but...I am a weak person. You just had to step on his moment.
Rift was my original order color, but then I realized it would drive me crazy trying to keep it clean. Those wheels would look great on Rift.
Can’t wait for this, was thinking my car is way too quiet but realized it’s probably just due to being limited to 4500rpm.Broke the 500 mile break-in on the way back from Austin to Fort Worth. Definitely less dramatic than I was expecting

I've seen several of these videos now, and they are all missing the money shot: as soon as the redline goes up, drop two gears and hammer that shit straight to the limiter!Broke the 500 mile break-in on the way back from Austin to Fort Worth. Definitely less dramatic than I was expecting

500 Miles - IT'S PARTY TIME!!!! Two acceleration runs with my CT5-V Blackwing six-speed!!
Check out my video below. It shows the transition of the tachometer at 500 miles to allowing the normal, full 6,500rpm rev range. Have I mentioned yet, I absolutely love this car?!?!?! Watch this video to the end. I get a nice, clean 0-151mph run!www.cadillacvnet.com

Lol wut? That my friend is a manual. Yellow gear counter for rev-matching.That's an automatic...not the shot we're looking for.
Quick q on rev matching’s other half - I take it no lift shifting is only really applicable when you’re beyond the 500mi mark where the revs are at the real redline?Lol wut? That my friend is a manual. Yellow gear counter for rev-matching.
I'd imagine it likely will work if you don't follow the suggested break in. Since the manual isn't electronically limited to 4500 RPM you can redline before 500 mi if you wanted to. Can't imagine it would turn off no-lift shift if it's not restricting RPMsQuick q on rev matching’s other half - I take it no lift shifting is only really applicable when you’re beyond the 500mi mark where the revs are at the real redline?
