I'm definitely getting rid of this. I don't want to own it out of warranty, and I need the cash for the downpayment on the BW.

Also a picture of my '18 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X, playing in Big Bend National Park. I'm keeping the Fronty.

I originally placed an order for a 5BW in August at my local dealer for MSRP no money down. In January they informed me they would not be receiving any allocations. I called around and found another dealer about 2.5 hours away who would do MSRP with $1000 refundable deposit. Order placed and continue waiting. I was expecting maybe next year to get my 5BW.

In the meantime, this past Saturday, I picked up this 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. While signing the paperwork the Cadillac dealer called me and said If I drop all the CF I have an allocation. So of course now I have my 5BW allocation and this to drive in the meantime.

The Winter Beater Saab 9-3x(Only 541 made over two years in the US) that I sold to make room for the Blackwing.

The '98 M Roadster, my longest term car relationship. Its a handful, 500whp, short wheelbase, no traction or stability control.

My keeper Saab/sleeper wagon. I did a year long build to make this my ideal sleeper wagon after acquiring this from the west coast. Its 1 of 1, the only one made with a 5spd in it's final year of production in '09. I traded my specialty Saab shop owner my nearly identical '06 in exhange for the $25k in labor he spent a year building the car for me. I changed the interior color, built the motor, the trans, you name it. It's about to be road tuned and will crack 400whp. It's capable of 500whp+, but it is FWD and a LSD and sticky tires only go so far.

Very nice! On real Work Emotion CR-kai's as well. <3 I feel like it's worth keeping if you're able. Every week the jdm's get more valuable.

I went through 5 "kids" last year (thankfully the orphanage took them all back on trade). Notable mentions were a '21 C8, '19 Type R and a '19 ZL1 1LE. I currently have a '22 M3 Competition xDrive and my C7 Z06 I've had for 3 years now. The Z06 isn't going anywhere but the M3 will be listed soon and the 5-V Blackwing will replace it. I'm also looking for a 3rd "kid" as well but I'm not sure yet what that will be.

That M3 is so freaking good in terms of performance for the money. If only I could get it with a different front end, there'd be no 4BW order in right now for me. I've never been a huge BMW person but I love the new M3's level of performance. The Comp xDrive is just insane.

Ya the M3 Comp xDrive is nutty. A compact sedan pulling 3 second 0-60 and quarter miles that match my Z06 every time without fail. Its nuts, I'm not sure what the point of an M5 is anymore after this car.

Valid. It's almost like the M5 is just the M3 for bigger people lol. At least that's my perception because I have a buddy who is yuuge and he had to get the M5 just because there aren't many other cars out there he can comfortably fit in.
