Delivery Thread - Post Pictures Here!

First wash done! I need to wait 2 weeks to do paint correction and ceramic unfortunately. Polyaspartic floor refinishing scheduled for next week when I initially assumed my car was months away. Well played goats, well played

Ordered last August, local dealer got a allocation in Nov, built 1/24. My dealer called the Autoport last Tuesday and had them mark it "Hot", it shipped Saturday, delivered yesterday, picked up today.

6spd, bronze calipers, black wheels, pdr, sunroof, and perf wheel.

Still on the fence on whether to paint correct and ppf then ceramic or just paint correct and ceramic. I typically don't keep a car longer then a couple years so will probably forgo ppf.

Is it a delivery, when the car is already innocently sitting there waiting to be bought?
Went to look at it Sunday (didn't want to pull the trigger without seeing the tan in person) going back Saturday to drive it off the forecourt, as it still needed to be PDI'd.

I had a fantastic delivery experience at Cadillac of Beverly Hills. Big shout out to my salesperson Ivan and all of the folks who helped me there. This was the most enjoyable and straightforward new car experience I have ever had. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 90min to take delivery. I spent time in the days leading up to it to make sure PDI was done the way I wanted, to line up financing, and make sure the process would go smoothly. The whole process was straight up with no BS which was very refreshing to me.

Timeline:
  • Order placed in Feb
  • Picked up by GM in April (Note: No CF options of any kind)
  • Built June 7
  • Delivered to dealer July 5. Picked up by me on July 8.
There are lots of good folks at that dealership that truly care about the customer experience and customer satisfaction. Of course all of the information on this forum was super useful for me to understand the process, stay patient and informed, and be prepared. Thanks again to Rob and all who contribute here! I feel super fortunate to be able to get this car. Holy cow it is a monster, even with a 4500 RPM limit!
