Has anyone heard of wrapping a car to change the color because the dealership doesn’t have the color you want?

Of course? This has been a thing for many years... Cost you at least a few thousand for a quality job. If you cheap out, you're going to learn the lesson of you get what you pay for the hard way.

I am trying to be patient for the BW I have on order but I am not at all enjoying the rodeo. Was offered a 4V (not a BW) that is in a color that is not even close to what I want.

I agree that does looks good. I am just getting pissed that they can’t tell me what the push is so we can change something if we need to. And the compromise is a non-BW in the wrong color. Doesn’t sound like a very good business model.

After much discussion. Hubby and I have decided that the goat rodeo is so much fun, we are going to continue the adventure. BW forever!!!

A dealer near me tried doing that to me too. lol The 4 and 5 are completely different cars.

I just don’t understand why it so hard to be intellectually honest about the status of cars. GM updates the dealers and the dealer updates the customer. Is it a worry that their stock value would plummet if the “full truth” was shared with the purse who is holding the money they want? If momma gets mad there may not be a purse to pull from.

Sounds like a great idea….getting a car you don’t want in a color you don’t like…..sounds like a plan!!
