Probably some time around late Sept. I just called the 800 number and the rep told me that my earlier case number (which he found in the system) was apparently 'strange' and 'non-standard.' What is strange to me is how their system accepted (or generated) an erroneous or 'strange' case number in the first place. Go figure. As a result of that, my request had been in limbo for the last several months. Now he assigned me a new (hopefully valid) case number so I may see a badge in my lifetime, LOL.When did you put in your request?
