Who Wants the First Corsa CT5-V Blackwing Exhaust System?

Alrighty, spent another two hours and reassessed. I loosened every clamp from the x-pipe back. Using a rubber strap oil filter wrench I was able to articulate the piping around, then while bench pressing the mufflers up, cranked down the clamp towards the x-pipe. This heroic feat netted me about ~1.5” more clearance from ground. Still hangs lower but not AS low. Lessons learned.

Not gonna blame Corsa, doing this with a legit lift and adjustable jacks would make this a breeze.

I also hit the inside of the tips with some black paint to get rid of the silver piping circles when looking from behind. Either way, saga over..

The slight bit of drone is only with the flaps open (My Mode set to loudest exhaust).

My 2.5 year old doesn't complain about it so you guys will be fine.

I sent a message to @Pullthis who worked directly with Corsa and got the first one fitted earlier in this thread. I was hoping he could chime in and maybe share what kind of measurement off the ground his mufflers were hanging at. I went ahead and ordered the full system with the Black Friday special and found some other random discount code and got it for over $600 off with taxes. It will come just in time for it to start snowing and taking the car off the road for the season

That's a great deal! I'm going to wait and see how things go for you and others before deciding. I'm also waiting on another brand to get theirs ready for sale before deciding.

Not that the car needed a louder exhaust but this system really enhanced the overall driving experience for me.
