Who Wants the First Corsa CT4-V Blackwing Exhaust System?

We’re currently searching for a volunteer to have the first ever CT4-V Blackwing cat-back exhaust system! You will need to have a CT4-V Blackwing and still be running the factory catalytic converters. You would need to drop your car off at Corsa headquarters near Cleveland, Ohio for approximately two weeks. When you get it back it will have the first Corsa exhaust system installed for you at no charge.

This system will be a full cat-back, including active exhaust valves. Retail price will be in the $2,500 to $3,000 range, but this will be completely free for our first volunteer.

First CT4-V Blackwing Corsa exhaust system has been completed and the customer picked up his car yesterday. It looks and sounds great, and I especially like the new carob fiber tips. Videos should be coming soon, and we'll have these systems available before anyone else in the very near future.

Pretty interested in this product, but to be honest the "valves closed" video sounds awful. Maybe a symptom of where the mic was located but just sounds way worse than the stock video in my opinion. Like valve rattle or something. Any chance of getting some more clips?

Also...not well versed in exhaust design, but what's going on here?

Allow us to check with Corsa, but the phone video definitely doesn't do it justice. That images is something we've discussed with Corsa, and there is a second outlet on the muffler, but it's exact behind the outlet shown. That was there explanation anyway but either way it's not an accurate representation of what's actually in the kit.

Our Cadillac V-Club chapter was given a tour of the Corsa facilities on Friday. It was very impressive, and Carl Lemmerman Jr., (Corsa Produce Manager) was a terrific and gracious host. I got many photos on the tour, but I'll try to post here the specific ones for the 4 and 5 Blackwings. Our chapter director had a system installed on his car (2022 4V-BW) so we got to see it on the lift, then hear it running. I have audio but I'm not sure I can upload them since the smallest file is 80 MB. Anyway, here are the photos. He got the carbon fiber tips to match his carbon fiber rear diffuser.

Valves closed, it's almost silent. Valves open, it can get really rowdy. Either way the sound is good. Our director reports it is somewhat louder on the inside. Carl said that is expected and somewhat due to the active noise cancellation not being as effective with the different frequencies of the Corsa system versus the stock.

Thanks this info is very helpful to me. Judging by the two videos, I like the stock exhaust more and it not being much louder inside makes it the decision to not buy easier.
