2023 Cadillac CT4 V Blackwing
I am trying to order TPMS sensors for my ‘23 CT4 Blackwing for wheels I bought for winter. Cadillac’s website and Rock Auto say the part number is 13554170. Other Cadillac dealership and parts websites say that is the wrong number and list a different part number. I called my local Caddy dealer to ask for the proper part number and the parts guy stated he couldn’t give me any parts numbers (so helpful!). Anyone know the right part number? Thanks.

Dealership parts department will typically match online prices so find the lowest cost for both numbers and then have your dealership order whichever is the right one.

I haven't personally confirmed, but that sensor should work.

GM states 84977020 for the sensor and 84413358 for the nut. Go this route to be 100% compatible.

A few of the GM parts websites, including gmpartscenter.net, and gmwholesaledirect.com, claim that Part Number: 86530815 is the correct TPMS sensor for the 2025 CT4-V Blackwing (NOTE: not the 2022-2024 model years; they claim this part is new for the 2025 model). And the gmpartscenter page for that part shows the 2025 CT4-V Blackwing as the correct vehicle fitment. But when I ordered them, the folks at gmpartscenter cancelled the order, saying that those are not the correct TPMS sensors for my car.

The folks at gmpartscenter claim that the correct part number is 13542675. Their website describes that part as "Dual Rear Wheels. Stamped #13554170. Sport Suspension. Incl.Cap,Grommet,Nut and Valve." with no vehicle fitment info. Other sites, including gmpartsgiant, and wildhammermotorsports.com, and gmpartsnow.com, agree that part 13542675 is indeed a replacement for part 13554170 (the original Blackwing TPMS sensor part number from the first post in this thread, and, apparently, what the actual piece of hardware is stamped as). But I cannot find any resource that claims that is the correct TPMS sensor for the 2025 model year CT4-V Blackwing.

Can anyone with real knowledge actually determine what the correct part number is for the 2025 CT4-V Blackwing?

I just went through the same runaround on the TPMS. Gave up and decided to just get the universal Schoeder 33700 EZ Sensor that works on everything. Once programmed by Discount Tire for free, it should sync up automatically or via a $15 hand held

For a 22 Model Year 5BW: New GM TPMS sensor part is #13554170. 433Mhz.

It may very well be the same for MY 22 thru 25 4BW & 5BW now. Crossck to be sure.

These should be available thru your dealer or someone like gmpartsdirect late January or early February. Old TPMS Sensors and part #'s have been discontinued by GM according to my dealer parts source for some unknown reason?

tpms.com is another source as well.

Ive used AC Delco 13538760 TMPS for both my 2022 4BW and 5BW.

Those are the numbers I purchased from GM Parts Giant for the Apex wheels for my winter tires. They are identical to the ones on the stock wheels, and they work automatically with no setup or learning that's noticeable. So can confirm these for the '22 4BW.
