Noise when accelerating

Anyone know what this noise is and how to fix it? I’m hearing that it’s the wastegate and to just ignore it.

 
With the mods you have, it sounds like the throttle body valve to me. Doesn't seem like it would be building any boost in that condition.
 
Whatever it is it is not the wastegate. A wastegate allows the exhaust gas to bypass the turbocharge impeller in order to control turbo speed and boost. It could be the blowoff valve I suppose. Did you replace that with an aftermarket unit? Does the car drive normally and build at least 14 or so psi of boost at full throttle in 3-4th gear?

Throttle and turbo both feel fine. Saw somewhere that the actuato within the wastegate tend to rattle when not under load
 
I don't hear a rattle, I hear air flow being disrupted.
