How to Track Your Car by RailCar Number

I am guessing that is where it is located, but I am not sure... He didn't give me that information...

CSX wouldn't give a schedule from New Boston, MI to East Brookfield, MA and yet that's the route my car took. Just because the train company doesn't show the route doesn't mean that isn't how it's going. Definitely adds a layer of complexity to this goat rodeo...

I think the only train that runs from Michigan to St Louis (thanks google) is AMTRAK. It runs once per day ... I do not know if your car is on their train or someone like Norfolk S or something like that but AMTRAK shows:

My car is on Norfolk S and getting changed out probably after St Louis lol, was picked up this morning early.

As we look for ways to track our cars, I found this way to do it. Tried it and it worked.

As of 10:26am this morning ... on 8/12 at 9:59pm railcar left Nashville (CSX). I got the railcar number from the Cadillac advisor, then used the telephone directions from the Stingray Forum thread, posted here:

This isn't an esv forum and I think the links you quoted explained how to do it, but I thought I remember reading that due to people abusing the rail tracking system, they shut off access to it. I might be wrong, though.
