Finally! Supposed to rain all next week so sounds like a good time to ship the PCM.

Curious how much more power you guys are getting on a Bolton car over the Jb4? Are we going to be able to run some variation of e85?

The difference between a piggyback and recalibrating the ECM is the same as someone who walks around with a notebook with partial answers and assumptions in it and someone who learned and memorized all the answers in their brain.

When someone asks the former for the answer they need to stop and flip through the notebook vs the latter being sharp, smart, quick, and impressive along with being much more comprehensive and able to connect ideas and form logic and reasoning due to a complete understanding of the topic.

Piggybacks are for chumps.

That's one hell of a first post...

Power will no longer be limited by the tune now.

Yes, we can already run E85 fuel blends in the CT4-V Blackwings. The CT5-V Blackwings will need fuel system modifications before that becomes possible.

HP Tuner dyno tune after a pully change, long tube headers, and E85 fuel system with meth injection is going to the be awesome for these cars.

so if you look at the ZL1 and c7 zo6 communities, E85 along with those mods would require a cam change to incorporate a fuel lobe that allows more fuel in.

Agreed.
But, you can run meth injection without the camshaft upgrade.

Does unlocking the ecu and tuning the car void the factory warranty? Also, are we able to make adjustments to the car with the HPtuners outside of the tune?

Simple answer is, it depends... If your window motor goes out, they probably aren't going to care about your ECU tune. If you float your valves, you're probably going to be coming out of pocket for the repair.

100% voids your powertrain warranty. Engine and transmission.

HPTuners is for ECU only, doesn't touch anything run by the BCM.
