While the production process is pretty predictable time wise, everything afterwards can vary wildly (aka The Goat Rodeo). Your car can be mostly done waiting on a part or two, could get flagged for a QC issue, or just get stuck "awaiting transport." Some of these delays can run into weeks and even months sadly. GM and Ford just fired their main car transport contractor, so all bets are off on how long you might be looking to wait. I find puttering on this wonderful forum a good distraction.
Good advice! I was stuck in limbo for about 2 weeks as a result of the transport contractor kerfuffle. It is always great to see what other people are doing to their cars.
Question. We're the Carbon Fiber Pkgs still on constraint? They were when I ordered mine.
They weren't for me on a 4BW and there's another thread where someone just got an allocation for a 6BW but it HAD to have CF1&2. Go figure.
