Did you get lucky?

Very fucking lucky but the TPMS hadn't tripped. I'm not even sure if it works actually since it didn't light up when I switched wheels.

It will read the sensors if the wheels are in the garage with the car. It will give an error once you pull out of the driveway and it loses the signal.

I drove the screwed tire to Discount Tire on the new wheels to get it patched.

Should the fronts or rears in the VS-5RS be more concave? Wheel sizes are 18x9.5" ET22 & 18x10" ET42.

I can't comment on the 10" rear but I can on the 10.5" rear. Pictures to come..
This was talked about earlier in the thread. Depending on angle can change appearance quite a bit. I was in the shop last night just admiring the new wheels and at one point thought my front 9.5" looked a little more concave than the 10.5" rear. Then I moved a few feet to the left and my opinion changed. My answer to your question is, yes.

Here's some quick pictures of my "beater" Apex wheel setup. I'll have pictures w/ the VS-5RS once I stop being lazy and finish mounting the tires. These are EC7 in 18x9.5 ET22 (front) and 18x10.5 ET40 (rear) with a 3mm front spacer. This is with the OE tires until the Vitour P1's become available in my size. Photo credit:
