i think you two have been unlucky owners. i've had 3 of them and all were fairly good. i did RB's preventatively on two and one TA went bad on one but otherwise 12 combined years of joy
i cant see how most dealerships will fix a repair remotely related to the engine/exhaust under warranty if they see aftermarket headers installed on the car. the burden of proof the modification caused the defect is on them but that wouldnt be difficult to argue i would think
if a discount is factored into the price, i wouldnt worry about it at all. problem is, when you eventually go to sell it potential buyers will so just make sure a discount is factored in now
you're not wrong here. i;ve owned many e90 m3's and gt350 with their very high redline and low low end torque and they can be underwhelming around town but when you do take it up to higher rpms man they sing
is z07 suspension really as stiff as they say it is around town? im torn as i'd love to get the ccb's but dont want my teeth chattering every time i drive either and finding one to drive around here is damn near impossible
ugh, thought i finally found the car yesterday. was working with a dealer in NC on a CPO '23 5bw with low spec but all the options I wanted. they were even willing to take my trade in without seeing it and drive the car up to me 600 miles each way! while waiting for them to put the deal together...
