Any allocations granted/picked up for 5 blackwings yesterday?

This is my feeling about GM as well after joining this circus.

Yes…but have they been built and just sitting? There maybe 150 5 blackwings in the lot of doom waiting on parts….. kind of like when delta backs away from the gate for a “on time departure”, only to sit on runway for 2 hours

Maybe this is GMs way of killing off smaller dealers slowly…without being the bad guy. I own a small business and love to support my community. I bought a blackwing from a dealer 900 miles away because of the way you have to play the game. Sorry to my local dealer….. Now he gets to lose...

we build gas stations for a living and use fiberglass tanks,sumps,and piping. in our industry the glue has been hard to come by and the "chemicals and resins" are hard to get, not necessarily the fiberglass. im not sure if its the same in the carbon biz

Anybody in the Atlanta area have a blackwing with carbon 1 package? I would love to have a ct5 blackwing come by the race shop and see if we can make some molds. We have 3D scanning and all kinds of machines to make the molds and produce the parts. https://www.comprent.net/composites Athens,Ga

I mainly want to replicate the carbon 1 package since I feel like that’s what most folks wanted but may have to opt out to get their car in a timely manner…the problem is I’m probably still 3-6 months or more getting my car to use for mock up

Since GM can’t seem to get carbon, but my race team can….would there be a market for folks who order ct4 and 5 Blackwings to purchase aftermarket carbon bits? If we could somehow get our hands on a some GM carbon bits to mold off of, we could price out making a run of say 100 splitters or...

For track day and autox….do people still just tape up the nose and fenders with painters tape for protection? I will have ceramic coating but no PPF on mine. Don’t hit the cone is the answer lol
