Same here. I had an order in without it thinking it was a waste for a car I wouldn't track. But I ended up getting a car in inventory instead that had pretty much all the options including PDR. I'm glad I have it now even though I don't use it much. I used it for the Cadillac parade laps at the...
I only downloaded the specs for the 4BW because that's what I have. My guess is that it's the same for the 5. I paid for the 3-day subscription for ACDTDS and spent about a day and a half downloading as much as I thought I'd need for the future.
I'm curious: The capacities I posted in #15 indicate trans only is 3.66 qt, but Total Capacity with Transmission Cooler and Differential Oil Cooler is 5.03 qt. Does this imply the trans and differential are intermixed in the same cooling system? That doesn't seem right since they both use...
This is the drain/fill procedure (I had to manually place the images and they became numbered, so the number sequence is correct but they are different by the number of images from the actual service document). The sealant for the drain and fill plugs called for is GM 19333512

These are some handwritten notes from Spring Mountain, additional details of PTM:
Bottom line for the above is there is always some level of TC. I do think it can be turned off completely, but you have to take extra steps to do it. Otherwise, it's always there regardless of what it says...
No, it was a web presentation and I snapped pics of some of the PTM modes for future reference. These are the only others I took:
I think there's another thread where the PTM stuff was discussed.
Mine also has HUD on it. Maybe someone who doesn't have HUD can post what theirs says.
Seems silly to have two part numbers at the same price instead of having HUD capable for all installations. Maybe originally the HUD part cost 5 cents more and that justified a different part.
1. 84590905 ($75 core charge) https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/oem-parts/gm-fascia-84590905 Probably comes in primer and needs to be painted. CORRECTION They do appear to come painted ready to install per this thread Delivered with no "front bezels" / Lowest part of the front lip spoiler
2. Only...
No and no. The CF ones are a different shape and extend out a little further at the back. My standard plastic one was cracked when I took delivery, but didn't notice it until the PPF guys pointed it out to me. I had to order a new one that comes in primer, have it painted and installed. I...
I would guess it's primarily noise cancellation for the exhaust, and sound deadening handles most of the road noise. On our tour at Corsa, they mentioned how the ANC was tuned for the OEM exhaust and wouldn't be as effective with their aftermarket design and frequencies. You can see Lastgas...
Those may be exact copies, but the silver ones I got at the auto parts store weren't. I got a full set of new ones with the TPMS for my second wheel set so I swap over one of the OEM caps when I switch wheels/tires for the season. I recommend taking off all the caps and putting them in your...
You can look at what Jonnywaffles11 and Metal4all6 have done starting here Carbon fiber PN database. and going on for several pages. I ended up doing the dive planes myself, but they both stopped without adding them. I ended up using OEM for all the front parts and Tapout rear spoiler. Tapout...
