Welcome to the Cadillac V-Series Forums!

What did you do to your Blackwing today?

Post Collision Specialists - L&D Solutions Inc. and they got a deal going 15% off first orders.

The removal process (in a 5BW) for the fronts, pretty easy except figuring out how to remove the seat belt pretensioner sensor plug (service manual doesn't mentioned anything about it).

Two orange tabs on each side of the plug, pulls those back (they’re under tension and small so either use picks or finger nails), then unplug the plug. Orange arrows point to the orange tabs.

The rears, however, required removing the rear bench, side bolsters, rear deck trim, rear corner trims. No pretensioner or sensor wiring on the rears. Removal, took about 3hrs or so... took my time on removing trim/cushions. Installing took about 1hr.

Who did you end up using for the webbing?
See above for the information.

Got her out first time since Thanksgiving, got to shop changed oil.
Weather here still not cooperating in the thirties!😡

Took mine in for an oil change 13k miles on my 22’. Looks like timing couldn’t be better. Apparently the line for the tranny was rubbing on something and broke a hole in the line spewing fluid. So they keeping the car for that and the wire harness recall. I forgot about that…although I disconnected the JB4 and hid the wire I did not pull the unit from under the hood. Hope that doesn’t cause any problems.

Got it home to Texas from the dealer in Mississippi. Prepared and ready for ceramic coating.

Gyeon Synchro Evo going on tomorrow. I wasn't keen on another white car, but after polishing I'm happy with the gloss. Ceramic should take it to the next level.

Picked her up from getting tinted, wrapped, and ceramic coated. Then started the break in process. Drove from Reno, over the Mt. Rose summit, around Lake Tahoe, and back home. Then I spot cleaned all the bug splatter with rinse-less wash.
