19" 200TW has the Nankang CRS available, but that's about it. 265/30-19 front and 285/30 and/or 295/30-19 rear.
The closest I can find that customers have sent us is this CTS-V sitting on Brushed Clear SM-10RS

^ Basically this. The enduro line is a great wheel but one of it's main features is the increased load rating on the spoke side. The inner lip area is a bit stronger over the Sprint Line wheels but not nearly as dramatic of a difference as the spoke strength.
Unless you have loads of downforce...

Due to the overall design and brake clearance requirements, only the following wheels will work on the 4V BW without the need for spacers:

As some others have mentioned, no they do not fit the factory cap. Most of these fitments are BMW wheels with the right width/offset, which is going to be designed around the BMW cap. There are stickers on Etsy you can overlay if you don't like the Apex logo cap that comes with the wheel.
Not exactly, the factory wheels use a tapered lug seat so when all 5 lug nuts are torqued down (ideally in a star/cross pattern), the hub is still floating in the bore.
That's why with the wheel pressed up against the rotor but without anything torqued, you can shift it up/down/left/right...
