Hey all 81-591 here and I thought that I would share with the group that I went and spent the money and bought the OEM front splitter P# 84432226 and It came today.
I'm so excited to get it installed. More pics to follow....

It’s a great addition. Did mine last year. Buy some extra clips, they break very easily removing the old wimpy splitter.

@Jwoolie13 I installed my OEM front splitter & side deflectors this past weekend, beautiful addition for sure! Congrats. Were you able to source the OEM side deflectors to match?

I got a quick side shot when I move it between garages in the sun today and attached.

I also added the OEM carbon fiber rear diffuser as well… that was fun. I’m planning a write up on the learnings from it as modifications were necessary when the car didn’t come from factory with carbon fiber rear diffuser. It’s mounted and looks great as well.

OEM seems to be available. I suggest you inquire with whoever you use to double check availability.

It went on with no issues and didnt break any clips at all. I work for "A Dealer" so I can personally tell you that they are available

I will be removing my OEM Black Gloss Front Splitter and replacing it with an aftermarket Carbon Fiber Front Splitter on my 2024 CT5-V Blackwing. Are the Clips you linked to for my Splitter as well?

They charge an arm and a leg for it, but the OEM carbon parts are quality. One of the engineers said during an interview that every bit of carbon on the Blackwings is aligned such that it looks like it all came from one gigantic contiguous piece of carbon. Silly detail that only OCD people like us will ever pick up on. It's one of those IYKYK things.

Looking at the procedures for my 24 CT5-V BW from ALLDATA, it doesn't look like there are clips, but rather screws.

Ah okay....I see where the "retainers" are located. There's supposed to be 17 of them too. Got any tips on best method to remove them without breaking them.

Those clips are notorious for breaking. If you're doing that work you'll want a spare bag of them to replace the ones that will inevitably break.

I didn't break any clips, but other have. There is previous thread with posts on how to remove. Best advise, just take your time. There are four clips that will have to go in "upside down" but will hold find unless you remove the entire bumper. Don't fret on these being reinstalled upside down.

They have a tab that you can use a small screw driver to push inward the they will release. Once you do one, it's easy to do the rest. See on top of the attached picture.

As Katy said, take time, press/push... but if you do break some these are the exact same clips, I ordered a bag when I did the sideskirts and my front lip.

Thanks. I had ordered a quantity of 50 of these clips which arrived this morning. So, I'll get to working on this project here in a few.
