Good afternoon Blackwing community!

I come here looking for a little help. I was hoping someone from Cadillac can send me a dm or someone can point me in the right direction.

Long story short, I have issues with my car, has been since day 1, still not resolved or really even attempted to remedy. I don’t want to blast anyone/company/dealership. Idk why but I am still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since I want the car but only if it can be made right.

I appreciate any assistance.
