Seat shoulder area plastic rattle

Does anyone have a solution to this section of plastic on the seat rattling? I've managed to shove a business card into one edge to shim it similar to the center console rattle, but it rattles beneath this piece. I couldn't really figure out a way to pull the pieces apart cause I'd line it with some tesa tape or something if it was easy to take apart.

Nothing in your car should rattle (yet at least.) Take it to the dealership.
