CT5-V NW 103 throttle body issues

So my car went into limp mode and started throwing a throttle body code:

I was able to limp mode home from work and took the Nick Williams 103 apart to find debris in the electronics and a dead motor. I swapped the stock motor and PCB in and solved the issue for now.

Just a heads up for others that may run into this in the future.

Did the bearings in the motor fail prematurely? They replacing it? Thanks for the vid.
