Hoping to test drive a 4BW 6-spd in SF Bay Area - will trade beer or a test drive of one of my cars!

Hi all! I'm considering a 4BW for my next car. Joined this forum in hopes of learning more about the car. And, since they are nearly impossible to find at dealers, I'm hoping to connect with a local owner who might be willing to let me take their 4BW 6-speed for a test drive, to make sure I like the platform before plunking down cash on one for myself. I live in the SF Bay Area (North Bay, specifically, but I work in SF). I would happily trade you a few 6-packs of your favorite beer, or, give you a test drive in one of my cars: 1981 Fiat Spider 2000 (fun old classic convertible), 2019 Mazda MX-5 RF Club with mild mods, or 2005 BMW 330i ZHP (a cult classic in the BMW line). I'm a 37-year old responsible car nut and I'd really love the chance to experience this platform, because on paper it has all the things I want in my next car!

I don’t know if you are interested in an out of state dealership, but there are lots of good dealers outside of CA. The nice people on this Blog would be happy to recommend a dealer. Myself included.

I would be very happy to purchase from an out of state dealer (a road trip home sounds like a fun way to get to know a new car!), but, I would like to test drive one locally first before committing to hopping on a plane. Hence my desire to hopefully find a kind fellow enthusiast near me.
