For anyone that has done a muffler swap. I was thinking of cutting out the stock muffler and adding a Y at each outlet. Out of the Y, straight pipe to the valved outlet and a muffler to the second outlet. My question is if you are leaving the valve in its stock location will it still operate normally? Or is there some procedure you need to follow for it to operate normally?? Thanks.
