I figured yall would be interested in seeing the attached dealer service write up.

Shout out to Tom Peacock cadillac for bird dogging this until it was 110% fixed.

Another local dealer who I will not mention by name insisted they could never hear the noise, but the Tom Peacock guys owned up to the issue and kept chasing and chasing it until it was solved. Looks like they billed GM around $2500 for the warranty work.

Whole passenger cabin reeks like industrial glue now, but the issue is fixed.

Isn't it great when you find a dealer who cares?!? In my experience, that's the challenge with domestic brands - very hit or miss. When you're dealing with foreign luxury brands (like BMW with their higher margins) you get much better consistency.

Wow great that this dealer came though! Was this the buzzing sound that people are heating at 55 to 60 mph?

Kudos not so much to the "dealer" as the tech, who kept at it. Many of them just work off of book rates and want to get finished ASAP.

What is the window channel, is that the trim around the glass, or underneath the trim, or under the glass?

Nice to see they cared enough to stay in it for ya!
