CT-V transmission (reverse and neutral)

I have a few problems with my CT-V. My car won't stay in reverse unless I hold it there. If I don't hold it in reverse, it slips into neutral. Can anyone help?

Can you be more specific? What trans and something more than CT-V?

what I meant was when I shift gears in my CT-5, I shift into reverse but if I don't hold the gear in the reverse position, it slides into neutral. It won't stay in reverse unless I hold it there.
