Just stumbled upon this press release about predatory dealers and brokers flipping cars, but of course there's no specific mention about the Blackwings!

This has already been a thing for a long time. I constantly have to qualify Escalade customers to make sure I’m selling to the end user else it would hurt our allocation. Can’t tell you how many brokers/exporters/resellers I’ve had to fend off since the 2021 came out. The difference is that I don’t think it comes up as much on something like a CT4 Luxury for example.

I find it interesting that this article mentions markup restrictions? What restrictions? lol Sewell is the only dealer in my area who doesn't have 10k ADM on Blackwings. One has 5K ADM on the regular V models
