I'm am not mechanically-inclined but that sounds like an O2 sensor issue. Also, I think there are steps that you need to take with the exhaust valves before changing the exhaust. These ECUs are really picky.

I don't think you are going to find a 5BW discount anywhere but I haven't checked the market lately.
