Ordered this end of last year ahead of its release. Look forward to reading, especially about the older V cars. Almost 400 pages, great photos and high quality printing.
How about a good old fashioned photo post to start 2025 on a good note? Here is hoping to everyone leaving political beliefs out of our forums. We are all guests in Rob's house. Let's be respectful so the door does not close on all of us who are here for Cadillac related conversations.
I only have 350 miles so far, but the new wing is averaging around 18 MPG. And this is all city driving. Yes, it is still early, but my 2022 was so much better. The highest it would ever see was around 15, and often sat in a 13 MPG range. I am not panicking, and really believe this car will...
I added this in the Media Dumps thread, but in case anyone is looking for a new 6MT 5 in Florida, this video is worth watching. The reviewer's channel is appropriately named "W.T.F Car Reviews". After watching, I cannot agree more.
My 2022 arrived last November from Dustin / Sewell. I managed about 2500 miles since that time, with mostly shorter drives. Many through the winter when roads were dry and temps were warm enough.
This past week, I made an unexpected trip to Aspen with my daughter. Up Monday morning, back...
And whoever gets 0860216, you're welcome for the ass kicking build (y)
Why? A near identically built 2022 fell into my lap. My timing might have sucked for almost 14 months, but on 1 given day it was fortuitous. Exact same build as mine, everything, except it included carbon backed seats and...
I caught a few things looking at stickers. 22s say 15 speakers, 23 say 16 speakers. 22s have 46% North American parts content, 23s say 39% (and add a callout for China parts). Manual transmissions now say origin country is Mexico for 23s, and USA for 22. That must be a labeling thing, as I...
I bought my car in early May. Dustin sent the papers, I signed and sent the wire transfer. I just received an unexpected refund check. Apparently, $223 was over-collected for title fees in my state. Everything looked correct when I signed. I would have never known the difference if they...
450 miles, getting closer to opening those RPMs (FYI for 6MT owners, there is no limiter on the manuals, and it is super easy to slip over 4500). General comments:
- I like the outside much more than it appears in photos. I have always preferred the 5 on both ends, but this 4 is not so bad
-...
I have recently been thinking about some general attributes of each model.
CT4-V Blackwing points for me:
- seemingly more nimble and "easier" to drive
- more need for manual shifting compared to the 5, a very good thing
- an interior reasonably matched to the MSRP of the car
- the motor seems...
Same size and same display information options? I heard on the 4 if you don't have the Tech package, you don't get all the same displays. But generally speaking, are the clusters on the 4 and 5 the same otherwise?
Seems likely Cadillac will up the MSRP on 23 models. I doubt they would go as high as 10%, but I'm sure they could. It seems dealers will add any new increases to 22 orders that convert to 23?
