Don’t like it as much. I like how the vertical running lights are broken up on the current one. It gives them a cool sense of depth, like they run behind some of the bumper and then come back out.
And the new screen looks “fancier”, but the digital gauges are now no longer recessed back into...
Something I haven't seen mentioned before, but my biggest issue with the car after having it a week is what the screen looks like at night, particularly with CarPlay. It doesn't seem like the viewing angles are very good and at night when CarPlay displays in night mode and everything is a darker...
No need to call, just find the measure guide on their site. They have a real hand guide on how to determine if their different ramps will work with the ground clearance of your car.
I've had mine for less than a week and my only two real complaints are the stereo and the way the infotainment screen looks at night (doesn't have the best viewing angles and looks washed out when using CarPlay at night). I agree the stereo seems thin the bass isn't really there. Even after...
I'm not sure that's really an apples to apples comparison. The Panamera starts at $110k while a $110k BW will probably be very well optioned. I optioned a Panamera 4S to get it as close as I could the BW I have options wise and it was over $30k more. I think that's about the standard difference...
Regular maintenance wise it was fine. You just have to use matte specific soaps and products. If you don't normal products will slowly polish shiny spots into the paint. Not a huge deal because I'm assuming most of us here hand wash our cars anyway.
The big problem is damage. It can't be spot...
Speaking of this, I heard the car start up when I was at the detailer as they were pulling it around back. It's much louder than it seems when you're sitting inside it. I was actually pretty surprised. My neighborhood is full of crotchety old people, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking...
My dealer said they are having an extremely hard time selling A10 4BWs. They've had quite a few for a long time now. The manuals sell very quickly, the autos sit forever.
Had my first "oh shit this car is going to get me arrested" moment last night. Trying to take it out at night when the roads are less busy until I can get it into the detailer to avoid any bad rock chips, so I had some open roads last night. Got to 80 on a road with a much lower speed limit an...
Must have read that too fast and missed the part about the scratches. I'd still just go through insurance if you have comprehensive and get the hood resprayed before I'd wrap it.
Firstly, it's your car so you should modify it for you and no one else. But that said, since you asked for opinions, I would not touch the hood. I really like that color. If you want to make it a little more unique I'd get some black Cadillac emblems for the front and back and some black badges...
If this is the type of info your dealer is giving you it's not surprising you've had to wait so long without getting your order picked up. They don't seem to know what's going on with the BWs. I'd definitely find a different dealer ASAP.
I never had an EDD and the car never showed up on the Cadillac inventory page or the dealer's website. One day my dealer said the car was still in Michigan and the next day it was dropped off at the dealer with no notification. The salesman didn't even know it arrived until he checked the car's...
Well I picked it up in a hurry last night and then had to immediately leave on a business trip. A lot of the shipping wrap and interior plastic is still on the car anyway, I'm holding off on photos until I get it detailed and ceramic coated.
