Looks like your close enough to Long Island. Call King O'Rourke Cadillac and ask for Howie. It took me less than three months from calling them the first time to taking delivery.
I've dropped their name a few times on this forum, but I honestly cannot recommend King O'Rourke in Smithtown NY enough. My salesman Howie was great to work with and the finance guy was the least pushy one I've ever encountered. The car was sold at MSRP and the only thing Howie did was "suggest...
I can finally participate in this thread! Picked mine up from the dealer today less than three months from placing my order. Honestly I cannot recommend King O'Rourke in Smithtown NY enough. My salesman Howie was great to work with and the finance guy was the least pushy one I've ever...
It really seems like a crapshoot. Mine was built 7/28 and the dealer initially expected it mid August. Then it got put into a holding yard somewhere with no updates until it randomly showed up at the dealer weeks later.
Spot on. I think M and AMG are more lifestyle brands now. AMG in particular has been watered down with Mercedes throwing the AMG badge on almost everything. In the US two thirds of the C Class models are AMGs (C300, C43, C63), and don’t even get me started on the new 4 cylinder C63.
And BMW...
I definitely think the current front end looks a lot better. And while the interior refresh looks nice, I really like how the current digital gauge cluster is recessed back into the dashboard. I'm really not a fan the flat gauge screens directly behind the steering wheel. The current interior...
This is very accurate. My therapist bills are so high I can't afford both my house and my soon to be delivered 5BW. And since the 5BW is the reason I'm in this mess I can't abandon it now, or all that mental anguish will have been for nothing. The only logical choice is to sell the house and...
Oh actually I think they are right. I remember one of the engineers saying the CF1 package doesn't actually create downforce unless it's listed on the build sheet/window sticker.
This is crazy to me. At some point you'd think if given the option to have the car without CF or never have the car you'd choose to get the car without CF. Plus, you can eventually just buy the carbon pieces individually; maybe not immediately, but eventually.
You'll have to put the legwork in, but you can find dealers at MSRP. If you're willing to wait, find a dealer who will order you one at MSRP and get the price in writing. Unfortunately if the wait is long you may be waiting for a 2025 model (if this car is even still in production by then) with...
Got my window sticker, and the tax is now added as a line item in the options section. I didn't know this was an option, otherwise I wouldn't have checked that box on my build sheet.
