I absolutely agree - whenever I escalate, i do not copy those individuals. I wouldn't want the complainer blowing them up. So i respect that. But yes, an email is certainly helpful to forward...hoping he does in fact forward them.

Of course he didn't tell me names or copy me; but you already knew that answer. :) Buick customers are likely a lot less noisy and needy :ROFLMAO:

I agree with that assessment. I wish there was some "higher power" I could escalate this to but I am afraid they are unreachable.

So. I called Cadillac customer service. They kindly told me my car was waiting on a microchip and final inspection. I told her that while I understand there is a global shortage, it does not explain why other cars built after mine (basically any after January 20th) are being delivered...

If I had done that, I would have made a car payment on a car I don’t have for about 3 months now. With no end in sight. You have no idea when you’re getting your car. I’ve been at 3800 on robs tracker and 4000 with Cadillac since January 20th.

Ive been interested to see where yours was since we have the same exact build dates and movement dates. Unfortunately mine did not move today. Yay to movement for you though!

Mine ended up at Delta Autoport then shipped back to the factory...which doesnt sound positive. Its interesting because other cars built after ours have been delivered to Sewell. Calling my sales guy after work to have a chat...although i figure it will net me no new news. Fun trying anyway I...

I had that thought too. I know there was a thread on here somewhere posted by a guy who knew someone who had info on those stolen cars. Wonder if they ended up recovering all of them. It’s a “fun game” of speculation isn’t it?

Our cars are basically following the same steps. Built same day. Sent to auto port same day. Paired on the same day the second time around to apparently go back to the plant? And silence since February 24th. Makes me wonder if our cars were chilling next to each other in the lot of doom and...

Also would love to see mine show up eventually...January 20th build date...patience is a virtue i lack.

Mine was built on 1/20. But I am sure there are others that have been waiting longer. If not...then...oh well I guess.
