Just had my 5V BW done yesterday. Took Safelite 3 days to get the glass in. Tech did a good job installing it, definitely wasn’t a “car guy” and got my sky cool Gray leather dirty in a few spots but luckily was easily cleaned up. OEM glass btw

Anything yielding less dust will be a downgrade. I’d recommend ceramic coating your wheels instead as others have said.

My 1LE looked the same way, the blackwing was pretty clean all 3 times I’ve changed it.

That will work, leather shield is what I am using and it wasn't coated until ~ 1500 miles as I drove the car home from PA and put some miles on it before ordering the colourlock. Just clean it real well first
