I'm only 13 months into ownership. I think the problem was I scheduled for July so at that point it'd be much longer. I figured the extension was just to get on the calendar, not to actually take the class.
GM denied my extension. I couldn't go within the first year due to a newborn and got approved by Spring Mountain for July, but GM said no. That's a ton of fun...
As an ex-v3 owner the biggest problem, and thus dealbreaker unless you’re going to tune it and fix it, is the absolute SHIT transmission. It’s a pickup truck transmission and acts like it.

Ordered a new tire for passenger front.
Showed up and they found the same type of screw in passenger rear.
They replace the tire, and plug the rear.
I go home and find ANOTHER screw in driver rear.

Truly the only thing to worry about is resale value BUT that's obviously on a person to person basis. If you just plan on owning and driving forever you're golden. $13k under value and full warranty? I say SEND IT and have some fun.
This sounds fantastic IMO but I'm always wary of comparing cars (even with similar motors) sound simply because muffler design, cat design, etc can vary so wildly. But I'm excited to hear yours if you're going that route!
