    Opinions on PPF options

I have first hand experience with this! The problem is the answer is complicated. They CAN still do PDR for the most part, but you're right that it complicates the process. I had a fender ding on my 2017 CTSV and they were able to get it out. When I received the call to pick it up they said...

    Opinions on PPF options

I wonder if that was due to a bad install? I've only had Xpel on my car for a month or so, but there is zero orange peel on this one. On my previous CTS-V, I had front clip done and 4 years later it had zero of these issues. I will also say that if you google (I know, I know) xpel yellowing...

    New Owner CT4 BW

This is the stuff, most likely. I used it in my previous CTS-V with the alcantara. https://www.amazon.com/Sonax-206141-Upholstery-Alcantara-Cleaner/dp/B00BBWJ16U

    CT5-V EQ settings

I just keep telling myself that it's MILES ahead of the old shitty Bose system I had in my 2017 CTS-V. That was awful

    CT5-V EQ settings

When I moved it slightly rearward my rear seat passengers said it was WAY too loud back there. Might be something just to keep in mind if you're hauling people around.

This first gen hybrid C class feels like complete throwaway car. No one will want these used, and I'm not sure they'll even last given the INSANE 4cyl they put in the thing.

New PPF and Black trim work let me know your opinions.

If you had described to me that you were doing black door handles I would have recommended against it but I'll eat my words, they look great.

    CT5-V Speed Sign reading

I have to post this. Got in my car today and the fucker had a software glitch that was showing the speed limit sign that I hate so much… TWICE!! OnStar is monitoring my posting history….

    CT5-V Speed Sign reading

I routinely drive by speed limit signs that are different than what the dash says. It’s so dumb.

Same. I find the feature completely useless and wish I could remove it from my screen. Wait, can I?

    Quality Dealer Service

Someone please correct me here but I think if you decide to do the fluid changes yourself you need to keep documentation as to what oil you chose and when you did it. I’ve read comments from others here that you run the risk of voiding your warranty if you choose the wrong stuff.

Front Seat Covers, Car Cover, PPF wrap for new CT5-V BW

When I was doing some research on other forums for this thread to try and answer the paint correction before ppf question, I ended up on a Ferrari forum with people claiming they were “originalists” and said any paint correction, waxing, etc, that didn’t come from the factory would ruin the...

Cadillac Smart Driver and Privacy Concerns

Yeah I try to protect myself from fraud but understand my info is already out there for companies with the time and resources to dig. Its risk mitigation, not elimination.

The bar in the photo is quite famous. It’s Sunny’s bar in red hook Brooklyn. It’s a VERY famous old dive bar. If you go to google it you’ll get the very same angles. If you live in the area it’s an icon. (I lived in the area for a decade)

Ok so here are pics with the car seat. I didn't move the seat at all. This is how my passengers sit and have plenty of room. On a side note, I highly recommend the weathertech car seat protector. It'll help with hot spots on the leather by distributing the weight a little better.

Would you recommend this as a "family Corvette"?

No problem I'll get it done in a couple hours. We have one of the evenflow revolve360s that will do rear or forward facing up to like 70lbs or something. It might be the biggest damn carseat on the planet, and it fits just fine. Looks like this (not my photo):
