I would think the "high-speed" tire pressure setting should be 44psi hot, not cold. 44psi cold could easily reach 50psi depending on the driving conditions.
Yeah, changed mine today and my word this was quite a bit of effort for an air filter change. I removed that front plastic piece in front of the air box so i could just loosen the ridiculous number of phillips head screws, lift the lid a bit and slide in the new filters.
IMO, 5BW is awesome but the 4BW is more fun to drive. Felt the same way about my ZL1. The power is nice but for typical street driving the more toss-able car is usually more fun to drive.
The other nice things about the 4BW is the lower cost of ownership, 18" tires and cheaper oil changes...
A base Model 3 or Y, pretty easy as those are 5.8-6.0 sec 0-60 EVs. The Long Range Model 3 is a pretty close race with cars. The Model 3 Performance is an 11.7 sec 1/4 mile, 0-60mph in about 3.2 sec and will crush us from a dig. The new one is even quicker. I owned a 2019 Model 3 Performance...
I hear you but the charm of those cars is that you can wring them out a bit more on the street without risking your license. We have to shut the party down pretty quick on our 4BWs. The happiest group of drivers always seem to be on the Miata forum.
Supposedly, there are bringing back the Honda Prelude, which will be overpriced and not very exciting hybrid.

Sometimes I regret selling my 2019 C7 Grand Sport Convertible with M7. I ordered it new just the way I wanted. The one thing I really like about Corvettes is how well they hold their value. The 4BW is a much better all around vehicle and performance is similar. On the track the C7 GS is...
Haha. I am a bit older and wiser now. The Camaro SS 1LE is a great car but in this case it just won't be any better than what you are driving now. We are driving the 4 door version of the SS 1LE with newer tech and better visibility and practicality.
The next move is like you said, step up...
Not sure I would go from the 4BW to Camaro SS 1LE. I have owned both as well as a ZL1. The only benefit of the Camaro SS 1LE would be the V8 exhaust note. The rest is a downgrade including the tech, visibility, practically, trunk opening, seating position, etc. The 4BW has a better dash...
No real shocker here but remember when we all had to get a Blackwing real quick because they were going to stop making them and go all electric?

That blows. This is one of the disadvantages of ordering a car vs. wheeling and dealing with one on the lot. Usually once the incentives for a particular month expire some new ones take their place. I assume these cars are not selling any better than last month. The dealerships I have used...
Sounds normal. The traction and stability control does let you get a some tire spin and slip angle before shutting the party down. As long as you are still pointed fairly straight and not spinning too much it will let you power through it with the nannies on.
These cars have performance...
Yep, on earlier vehicles prior to PTM, we really only had Competitive Driving Mode, which was a mode to have some fun with a safety net built in if you get too sideways. Otherwise it is Stabiltrak on or off. When the Electronic LSD (E-Diff) arrived all these PTM modes became available.
Here...
Width yes, offset not exact but close. They typically recommend 3mm spacers on the fronts.
See this fitment guide they put together.
